Effect of DDT on Gamma Aminobutyric Acid (GABA) in Rat Brain

DDT 50mg/kg body weight was administered orally daily for 10 days to the rats of experimental group. GABA level was significantly reduced after oral treatment with DOT in cerebral hemisphere, cerebellum and brain stem of rat.
