Life Fellowship Awards in Chemistry by “Researchers Society of Chemical Sciences” in the conference at SISTec, Bhopal, India. (19th September 2015)

Chemistry is the one of the most vital branch of science. The necessity of establishing a chemical society in Madhya Pradesh for the innovative research and academic activities was badly needed since long.

Dr. S. Aftab Iqbal, (Director, Crescent College of Technology, Bhopal) came forward and hold the rein by way of forming an international society, entitled “ Researchers Society of Chemical Sciences” in Bhopal, India.

The aim of this society is to provide a platform to use the experience knowledge of former and most senior persons on one hand as well as to motivate and groom the young talents. With these objectives a one day conference was organized jointly by RSCS and SISTec, Bhopal in which two senior most former professors Dr. Shuaib Siddiqui and Dr. R. M. Srivastava received the life achievement awards from Researchers Society of Chemical Science, (RSCS, Bhopal).

A book on Green Chemistry, authored by Dr. S. A. Iqbal and Dr. Iqbal was released by Shri Deepak Joshi Ji (honourable minister of school and higher education). On the same occasion the senior most professors and scientists from India and abroad were awarded fellowships, FRSCS(Fellow, Researchers Society of Chemical Sciences) by education minister,  Dr. S. Aftab Iqbal (Founder President of the Society) and Dr. S. Das (Director, AMPRI) Shri Siddharth Agarwal  (Secretary), Shri Pawan Grover (Executive Director), Dr. Manish Billore (Principal) SISTech, Bhopal were also present to grace the occasion.
