Studies on Amoebicidal Agents : II. Synthesis And Amoebicidal Activity of Toluene-2:4-Bis-Sulfon-N-Anilides

Several toluene-2 : 4-bis-suIfon-N-anilides were prepared and evaluated for amoebicidal activity. The bis-sulfon-N-methylanilide of 2-amino pyridine, 6-sulfamoyl saccharines and bis-sulfonyl azide showed significant activity against Entamoeba histolytica.
