Synthesis and Biological Activity of Some Substituted 3,5-Dihydro-1- Oxo-[1,2,5]-Triazino-[3,4-c]-1,4-Benzoxazines

A number of compounds such as substituted 3,5-dihydro-1-oxo-[1,2,5] triazino-[3,4-c]-1,4- benzoxazines (IV25-30) have been synthesised and evaluated for their antibacterial activity against Salmonella typhosa, E coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumonia. The newly synthesised compounds were charactrised on the basis of their elemental analysis and spectroscopic data.
