Electrometric studies have been carried out on metal chelates of Cu+2*, Ni+2, Co+2* and Za+2 with benzilic acid hydrazide. The dissociation constant of the hydrazide and the formation constants of its metal chelates have been determined at 25°±1° and ionic strength 0.1 M in dioxan-water media, using necessary correction.
