B.O.D and C.O.D. Contents in Bore-Wells Water of Bhopal City (India)

B.O.D is a good index of the organic pollution and decides the suitability of water for use. COD is the oxygen for chemical oxidation of organic matter with the help of strong chemical oxidants. In the present study BOD & COD. ranged from 0.904.70 & 2.72-100.00 ppm at different sampling stations in different seasons.
