Lipid Composition of the Root of Vitis Adnata

The analysis of the fat obtained (26%) from roots of vitis adnata1,2 (N.O. leguminoseae) showed the presence of following fatty acids, arachidic 44.2% behence 12.42% oleic 12.20%, linolenic 8.24%, stearic 7.45%. palmitic 6.64% and linoleic acid 7.68%
