Synthesis and Characterization of New Rhodium Nitrosyl Complexes with General Formula [RhX2 (NO) L2] (X = Cl, Br, PPh3, PEtPh2 and Pet2Ph)

The reaction of nitrosothiourea were carried out with [RhHX2L2] (X = Cl, Br; L = PPh3, PEtPh2 and PEt2Ph) in alcohol. The product were purified, analysed and characterized on the basis of analytical, spectral (IR, UV and Visible) and magnetic studies. A tentative structure to all the complexes have been proposed.
