Analytical Application of 3-Hydroxy-3-Methyl- 1-(4-Sulphonamidophenyl) Triazene in Spectrophotometric Determination of Nickel(Ii)

Spectrophotometric determination of Nickel(II) has been done using 3-hydroxy-3-methyl-1-(4-sulphonamidophenyl) triazene at 375nm. The molar absorptivity and Sandell’s sensitivity values are 9431 dm3 mol-1 cm -1 and 6.15 ng cm –2 respectively. The Beer’s law is obeyed in the range (1 to 6)
