The first stage of non-Isothermal decomposition of Morpholino thiosemicarbazone of Nickel (II) chloride at a constant heating rate of 10°C min-1 was studied. The kinetic parameters have been measured using Freemann - Carroll and Zsako methods. The values of energy of activation, order of reaction were found to be 37.6082 K.Cal./mole and 1.85 respectively from Freemann and Carroll method and 38.000 K.Cal./mole and 2.00 respectively from Zsako method. The values of frequency factor and activation entropy were found to be 8.81729 x 1011 sec-1 and 21.9498 e.u. respectively.
