Synthesis of 3-Substituted, 1n-Substituted Phenyl Pyrazolo-5-Amino-4-Carboxamide Derivatives for Pharmacological Activity

Ethylcyhanoacetate and 3-chloro, 4-fluoro aniline were refluxed to get solid N-[4-fluoro, 3-chloro phenyl] cyanoacetamide, which were further refluxed with bis-s-methyl ethylene cyano-substituted carboxamide. The above compound was refluxed with ethanol for 2 hrs with various reagents like hydrazine hydrate, 2,4-dinitro phenyl hydrazine and phenyl hydrazine gives 1N-substituted 3-s-methyl-4-[3-chloro-4-fluoro aryl] 5-amino pyrazolo-4-carboxamide.
