Every protein molecule can be viewed as a polymer of amino acids. DTPA is an important aminopolycaboxylic acid. Metal complexes involving DTPA as a ligand plays major role in biological processes. Therefore, the formation constant of the mixed ligand complexes formed by Ho(III) with DTPA and some other amino acid investigated in aqueous solution potentiometrically.
