Four new mixed ligand complexes of oxovanadium (IV) and titanium (III) with organic dibasic acid and heterocyclic amines e.g. benzamine, aminopyridine, isoquinoline, bipyridine and the two complexes, [Cd(DPH)L] and K[Cd(DPH)L']. Where L = Pyridine and iso-quinoline and L' = 8-Hydroxy-quinoline have been prepared according to literature procedure. Their conventional physical and chemical analysis have been done. Their antibacterial, anti-fungal studies and minimum inhibitory concentration values of antibiotic against two Gram positive and two Gram negative pathogenic bacteria, have been carried out.
