Fatty acid composition in oils from Azadirachta indica A. Juss seeds and Curcuma longa L. rhizomes have been estimated by gas chromatography using HP-INNOWax capillary column and flame ionization detector (FID). A. indica have high percent of unsaturated fatty acids as compared to saturated fatty acids but C. longa have more saturated fatty acids than unsaturated fatty acids.
